Hi Guys,
As part of our a new policy, we are going to be trialing the use of a business diary. This will be to keep our customers in the loop and provide a "behind the scenes" viewpoint of how our business works. We hope that this will give you an idea of our philosophies and how we try to differentiate ourselves from other businesses. We're not going to take ourselves too seriously here and hope that these will form an enjoyable read for our customers. We're giving carte blanche to our employees to write whatever and however they feel, maybe providing some backstory to their roles in the business, helpful advice, even as a method to get something off their chest.
We're very proud of our business and have nothing to hide, whoever said to not 'air their dirty laundry in public' I'm afraid that's what we intend to do! We're a very expressive bunch here, some (most) use colorful language which may find its way into these posts so take this as a forewarning.
So expect to see more of these in the coming weeks, hopefully, they'll provide value to someone(?) and if not then we'll just bin the idea and pretend it never happened 😃.
